Denise moved from her home town near Cleveland Ohio to Lexington Kentucky in 1985 to attend the University of
Kentucky. After graduation Denise started her first business located in Georgetown Kentucky. After a serious auto accident
nearly broke her back Denise moved to Louisville Kentucky in 1997 to start a new business in the Housing Industry.
From her business experience to her volunteer work, helping
people own and maintain their own homes has been her passion for over 12 years. Whether you are trying to purchase your

As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer, Denise is primarily a puzzle solver and
