From my business experience to my volunteer work, helping people own and maintain their own homes has been a passion of mine for over 12 years. As a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer I am a puzzle solver and a match maker...finding just the right loan program to fit the exact and unique requirements of each borrower. No two borrowers are the same, and it's unfair to expect everyone to use the same few loan programs to qualify for their loan. Which is why I conduct a thorough search and research all the possible loan programs you may qualify for. Then, based on your specific needs and goals narrow those sources down to your best options...that fit your needs today, and into the future.

If for any reason you are unable to qualify for a new loan at this time, I will work with you to achieve the proper credit or correct other issues that are stopping you right now...so that you can be approved!!
